Well-kept grounds, Comfortable room layout, Convenient gas station nearby
The pool area could certainly benefit from better planning, as it was crowded with those smoking and drinking near it. The carpets seem to have seen better days, evidenced by the dirt collecting in the shower!!!

Had a blast staying here! Breakfast, especially those cinnamon waffles, was a highlight. My room was clean and comfy, just as expected, though the fridge was a bit dated. I'd definitely book again!

This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?
The rooms were freshly remodeled, clean, and comfortable! The breakfast was AMAZING! ! Fried eggs, sausage, and waffles made for a delightful start to the day.
Some remodeling work still needs to be completed, affecting certain details in the overall experience.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We used this place as our base while hitting the Mississippi National Golf Club and Gulf Coast Gator Ranch & Airboat Tours. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home.
One minor thing to note, there was a strong fish smell near the hotel at times, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

The breakfast was a highlight with freshly made waffles and eggs! Rooms were cozy. Just beware of the lack of an elevator, which could be tricky for some. 😅

Everything about this stay was fantastic! After exploring the Gulf Coast Gator Ranch, we were thrilled to return to a clean and spacious room. The breakfast was a standout with real fried eggs and made-to-order waffles. A true family-friendly vibe!
In my wife’s opinion, more outdoor seating would be great for families with children.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I loved the breakfast options. However, issues like a noisy poolside crowd disrupted my rest, and the staff's puzzling lack of knowledge about Wi-Fi connection left me frustrated. Overall, it was a decent stay despite the annoyances.

The room was freshly remodeled, clean, and had extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was impressive with real fried eggs, sausages, and self-made hot waffles. The staff, especially Joshua at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the exterior of the building felt a bit dated, and there were some occasional noises from the nearby traffic that could disrupt sleep. Overall, this place genuinely exceeded expectations for a roadside motel.

Excellent Breakfast and Friendly Staff
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the delicious hot breakfast with real fried eggs and biscuits & gravy. The staff was very kind and helpful, making our experience even better. The room was clean and comfortable, which was a relief after a long day on the road. However, there was a slight fishy odor outside that occasionally made its way in, which could be improved.

Just a balanced option for a transient stop in Moss Point with good value considering the price it charged. The staff were friendly and even surprised us with adorable puppy towel origami. Try to take advantage of the picnic table by the stream.
